This week’s theme is Opportunity and at Wallace we pride ourselves on the wealth of opportunities which characterise our school life. Covid 19 has required all of us to sacrifice many great opportunities for participation in learning, sport and travel but as Winston Churchill observed “ Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference.”
The pandemic of 2020 has been an opportunity to release creativity, build character and learn valuable habits which can last a lifetime. Perhaps more than anything it has been an opportunity to practise gratitude and that is an opportunity we will have every day!
